LONDON, February 2026 — UAE ultra-premium developer Richmind Development has launched a month-long London showcase of its waterfront residential project Oystra at Harrods, Knightsbridge, following the sell-out of the development’s first phase and sustained demand from international investors.
The activation, located near Door 6 throughout February, introduces the Ras Al Khaimah-based project to London’s private investors, family offices and real estate professionals, positioning the development within the growing interest in emerging Gulf waterfront destinations.
Designed by Zaha Hadid Architects, Oystra represents a landmark residential scheme on Al Marjan Island, combining sculptural coastal architecture with hospitality-led living. Interiors are delivered by Hirsch Bedner Associates (HBA), with landscape design by Cracknell and local consultancy by Dewan Architects + Engineers.
The project is located in proximity to the upcoming Wynn Resort — the Gulf region’s first integrated gaming and hospitality destination — placing it within one of the UAE’s fastest-evolving leisure and investment corridors.
Investment-led residential offering
The development comprises a curated collection of one- to three-bedroom residences starting from £675,000, alongside ultra-luxury penthouses and private waterfront villas priced from approximately £18 million.
Amenities include a signature 360-degree infinity pool, branded beachfront experiences and hospitality-grade interiors, reflecting a lifestyle positioning aimed at long-term capital appreciation and second-home ownership.
Completion is anticipated in Q2 2029, with the project targeting early-stage investors seeking exposure to waterfront inventory within a maturing destination.
Ras Al Khaimah gaining investor momentum
Ras Al Khaimah continues to attract increasing international capital as infrastructure expansion and tourism growth reshape its coastal offering. The emirate recorded more than 1.2 million visitors in 2023, with continued double-digit growth supporting real estate demand.
According to Richmind Development, over half of Phase 1 purchasers originated from Europe, highlighting cross-border investor confidence in both the project and the emirate’s long-term positioning.
Mohammad Rafiee, Chief Executive Officer of Richmind Development, said London remains a key market for investors seeking early exposure to architecturally distinctive projects within emerging global destinations.
